Online Women’s Circle
Join us as we celebrate and honour the seasonal sabbats together in an intimate online women’s circle. These include the solstices and equinoxes and it’s a beautiful way to connect with nature and other women through ritual. Includes meditation and sound healing.

Women’s circles offer a space for women to share their stories, thoughts, and feelings with others and the shared experience of being in a women’s circle can be powerful and transformative.
It gives you the opportunity to connect on a deeper level, sharing their experiences and supporting one another.
We usually use a talking stick to facilitate sharing and ensure that each woman has an opportunity to speak.
This sacred women’s circle includes a grounding meditation with sound healing, sacred sharing by candlelight, and heart-opening rituals like ceremonial cacao. Each gathering is an opportunity for connection, healing, and self-care.
We also explore the inner and outer cycles, including the menstrual cycle as I am passionate about women reclaiming the cycle as a source of personal power and also just deepening relationship to self.
The online circle is a beautiful intimate gathering where we honour the celebrate the seasonal sabbats such as winter solstice. We meditate together, have a share circle, themed discussion and set intentions.
Virtual women’s circles are a new way for women to connect and share experiences, even if they are not in the same physical location.
I find my online circles can be just as effective as in-person circles because I endeavour to create a sense of connection and community.
These circles are held using video conferencing software or other digital tools. E.g Zoom or Google Meet.

When starting a women’s circle, it’s essential to set intentions and create a safe and supportive space, which is what our online circle is all about!
Creating a sacred space for women’s circles involves setting intentions and creating a safe and supportive environment. This can include using oracle cards, incense, crystals, and other symbolic elements to create a sense of connection and safety.
We create a space that’s comfortable and welcoming, with a calming and spiritual atmosphere.
Me, Lyndal! I am a certified yoga teacher, sound healer, and menstrual cycle coach, facilitates the circle. She brings years of experience, blending sacred ritual with cycle education to support personal empowerment.
I have 5 years’ experience running women’s circles, plus I have studied with the School of Shamanic Womancraft and Claire Baker’s Cycle Coach program.
As your facilitator, I offer various healing modalities and I also hold space for the women to share and connect with one another in a way that is boundaried and as safe as possible.
The theme changes each fortnight. Each circle aligns with themes such as seasonal cycles, moon phases, and empowering topics (e.g., managing imposter syndrome). These themes support a deeper understanding of natural rhythms and personal growth.
Most women’s circles are open to anyone who identifies as female, regardless of background, experience, or age. Each circle may have specific themes or focuses, so check if a particular circle resonates with your goals.
There are many types of women’s circles, including moon circles, which are held during the full moon or new moon.
Lunar cycle circles are another type, which follow the cycles of the moon and the female body.
Women’s circles can also be themed, such as a circle focused on manifestation or self-love.
Each type of circle offers a unique experience and opportunity for connection and growth.
This circle welcomes all women, including those post-menopause, as it honors all cyclical experiences and is inclusive of women from diverse backgrounds.
Bring comfortable clothing, a journal, and any personal items that support your practice (like crystals). The circle includes rituals, yoga, and meditation, so come with an open heart ready to connect.
Women’s circles often include guided meditations, intention setting, journaling, sharing sessions, and creative activities. These practices help women connect with themselves and each other, providing space for growth, healing, and self-expression.
Each circle may have different requirements, but generally, it’s a good idea to bring a journal, a pen, comfortable clothing, and any personal items that bring you comfort, like crystals or essential oils.
For this circle, you will get an email that lists what you need to bring:
- your favourite mug for the cacao
- pillow and eye mask for sound healing
- something meaningful for the altar, such as a nature item
- an open heart
Women’s circles typically last between 1 to 2 hours, but the duration can vary. Some circles may also include time for socialising before or after the session.
My circle goes for 2 hours, but people usually arrive 15 minutes early and leave 15 minutes after it ends.
While women’s circles can include spiritual elements, they are generally not religious and are open to women of all beliefs. Many circles incorporate mindfulness practices or intention-setting, but these are usually adaptable to fit individual beliefs.
Unlike traditional support groups, women’s circles focus on collective growth and empowerment rather than specific issues or challenges. They often include creative and mindfulness activities, making them a space for both support and self-expression.

Absolutely! Women’s circles are designed to be welcoming to newcomers and are usually led by facilitators who create a comfortable, inclusive environment.
If it’s your first women’s circle, we can’t wait to sit in circle with you. I love having women join who haven’t been before and am confident you will feel very welcome here, plus all activities, including sharing, are optional.
Tickets are non-refundable, but if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, you can transfer to another upcoming sound bath event.
